Amy Odi is a distinguished healthcare leader with over 16 years of experience in patient care, operational management, and case management. She began her career as a Medical-Surgical Nurse and quickly rose to roles as Nurse Leader and Discharge Planner, where she developed expertise in patient coordination and case management.
Amy expanded her skills further in Nurse Utilization Review and Case Management, eventually serving as a Nurse Case Manager at Children’s Hospital in Washington, DC, for over 16 years. Her deep understanding of healthcare administration, insurance, and patient advocacy laid the foundation for her leadership roles, including Director of Nursing at Sunrise Senior Living in Reston, VA, and Travelling Case Management Expert across multiple hospitals nationwide.
After her extensive work as a Travelling Case Management Expert, Amy took on the role of Manager of Case Management at the University of Virginia (UVA), where she led case management teams and implemented strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Most recently, Amy founded and became the CEO of Artistic Care Home Health Services, where she blends her passion for healthcare with a commitment to personalized, patient-centered care. At Artistic Care, Amy emphasizes the artistic aspect of healthcare—approaching each patient as a unique individual and tailoring care to address not only their physical needs but also their emotional and social well-being. This holistic and compassionate approach sets Artistic Care apart, providing an enriching environment where patients feel empowered, respected, and truly cared for.
